The Challenge
TCG facilities Ltd was commissioned to carry out a comprehensive post-winter exterior clean at a residential property.
The client required a full refresh of all outdoor surfaces, including driveways, patios, windows, gutters, and fascias, which had built up dirt and debris over the colder months. The goal was to restore the property’s appearance to a clean, well-maintained standard.
The Solution
Our operatives deployed a combination of high-performance equipment and specialist cleaning agents to achieve exceptional results.
We used our powerful Honda diesel jet wash system alongside professional stone-cleaning chemicals to restore the driveway and patio areas to like-new condition. For the windows and frames, our window cleaning team used a van-mounted pure water pole system to deliver a streak-free, crystal-clear finish.
To address the gutters, we conducted a camera survey to check for blockages and damage before using our industrial gutter vacuum to remove all debris. The system was then cleaned thoroughly, including the fascias, ensuring full functionality and visual appeal.
