The Challenge
TCG facilities Ltd was commissioned by a local authority to carry out an urgent and sensitive waste clearance at a residential property in Cardiff.
The property had accumulated over 3 tonnes of waste, rendering it uninhabitable. The task required swift action, a sensitive approach, and full compliance with waste disposal regulations to ensure the resident could safely return to their home.
The Solution
As a fully licensed waste carrier, we deployed our specialist clearance team and Mercedes tipper lorry to remove the waste efficiently and safely.
Once the waste was cleared, our operatives carried out a full environmental clean of the property to eliminate any residual health risks and restore it to a livable condition.
